This is a fun NEW design based on a scan of my hand-dyed Shibori. The original Shibori design was a diagonal version of Mokume, pleated and stitched before dyeing in Indigo.
This fabric is a digital print onto 100% European Linen with a hint of green amongst the blue. The design’s name is in honour of the tutor who introduced me to Shibori and taught me how to create this pattern. 10% of all sales of Chester Stripe will be donated to Cancer Research UK in her memory.
